What we check — sourced from evisa.gov.vn itself

We pulled these rules directly from the official evisa.gov.vn portal's own validator text — stronger sourcing than a third-party guide. Always confirm current requirements on the official portal before you submit; this app doesn't submit anything for you.

  • 4 × 6 cm portrait (600×900 px export) — the official portal size, aspect 2:3 — taller and narrower than every other visa photo we make.
  • Plain white background — after automatic cutout, no shadows or patterns.
  • JPEG, file size ≤ 2 MB — matches the portal's own upload limit for the portrait photo.
  • Head & eye position — shown as reference only. Vietnam's portal publishes no crown-to-chin or eye-height rule, so we don't gate "Ready to use" on it.
  • No biometric alteration — segmentation and cropping only; we never reshape head, face, or neck outlines.

This app doesn't submit anything to evisa.gov.vn or any government site — it only prepares an image on your device. Final acceptance is always at the discretion of the Vietnam Immigration Department.
